To answer the question, we can divide it into two questions: what types of users in the dataset, and what is a typical period for users' bevavior.
There are two types of users in the data, one is customers, another is subscribers. Divvy bike took those used a one-day pass as "customers", and took those used one-month subscription as "subscribers". The customers are mostly tourists and subscribers are mostly commuters.
A typical period of time could be a day, a week and a month. since we want find the most seasonality patterns, I chose the hours of a day and the day of a week for the comparation.
